Sue, a Queens, NYC native, holds a BA in Economics from the University at Albany and completed the Securities Industry Institute program at The Wharton School. She launched her career at Sanford C. Bernstein (now Alliance Bernstein), where she spent seven years managing clearing operations, client information services, and serving as an accounting analyst focused on automating operational functions.
Her career progressed at Atalanta Sosnoff Capital, a boutique investment advisory firm, where she led operations and portfolio reporting. At Neuberger Berman, she further broadened her expertise by overseeing the Internal Audit, PC Support, and Cashiering departments.
In 2003, Sue joined Brian and his father at Raymond James, an independent investment advisory firm, where she managed operational and administrative duties for clients. When Brian established Rice Wealth Management Group, Inc. in 2020, Sue took on the role of Managing Director of Operations, where she oversees operations, administration, client relations, and third-party relationships.
Currently residing in Middletown, NJ, Sue enjoys long walks with Hunter, her Australian Shepherd/Lab, and stays active through working out and gardening. A dedicated supporter of the NY Mets, Giants football, and animal rights initiatives, Sue actively supports dog rescues and fosters while working toward eliminating kill shelters in the U.S.
