Isa Murphy

Isa Murphy graduated from Gettysburg College in 2024, earning a degree in Political Science with a minor in Business. During her time at Gettysburg, she was actively involved in the campus community and developed a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and communication.

Isa joined Rice Wealth Management through an internship and continued working with the team throughout her senior year. Following graduation, she chose to begin her career in wealth management with the firm. In her role as Client Service Manager, Isa oversees many of the firm's client service and operational functions, helping to provide a seamless experience for clients.

She is known for her responsiveness and ability to get things done; clients can rely on her as a trusted point of contact for any needs that arise. Growing up along the Jersey Shore, Isa developed a strong work ethic early on through roles in sales and customer service at Poor Cat Designs and J.Crew.

In addition to her role at the firm, Isa works closely with Brian in running the Jersey Devil Kids Camp and played a key role in launching the Rice Wealth Foundation, which hosts the Twin Lights Cup — an annual fishing tournament that raises funds to support veterans. Her involvement reflects her ongoing commitment to giving back and strengthening the local community.
